Another puff quilt

So I finished another puff quilt, this one is a lot smaller so it didn't take as long. I like the color combination. I like the edging too- don't know what it's called but it's pointy triangle fabric. Does anyone have anything to say about the size or border? Smaller, bigger? Any other suggestions?

Not exactly...

Well, I finished my puff quilt but the edges and binding don't look quite right. I think I stretched the rows a bit when I added the border so then it puckered up, then I added some batting and it made it a little more weird and then I "stitched in the ditch" and it doesn't look straight even though it is... so I need to rework how I finish the edges. But I love the puffy part in the middle! So back to the sewing machine to make the edges differently but maybe still for the craft fair or etsy???

Beginning of a puff quilt

I decided to try some small baby puff quilts. I've always loved how they looked. I'm keeping track of how much time they take to make so I can see if it'd be worth it to try them for a craft fair in November. My first one has taken about 5 hours so far, that sounds like a lot. All I need to do now is stuff the pockets with fiberfil, sew the rows together, bind it and maybe tie it in a few spots. What do you think? The squares all laid out

Pretty purple motif

They are all puckered up and ready for stuffing.

Just think of all the color possibilities!
